More efficient equipment can lower energy bills and generate additional revenue through Spain’s Energy Savings Certificates (Certificados de Ahorro Energético, CAE). ClearSky is assessing projects where that revenue can help finance the upgrade.

Each assessment starts with the equipment, the expected savings and the cost of the work. These determine whether the project qualifies and how it could be financed.
Project structure
Where the project qualifies, commercial terms define responsibilities, funding and the treatment of verified savings and certificate proceeds.
Delivery and verification
Engineering, execution and evidence are coordinated for review by the appropriate accredited verifier.
Certificate route
Issuance and transfer proceed through the accredited delegated-party and authority framework applicable to the project.
