Our approach
Every site begins with diligence. If the property is suitable, the written proposal will state whether ClearSky is offering a lease, purchase or another agreed structure—and how the landowner is paid.
Site diligence
We assess title, access, planting suitability, constraints, species and the potential registry route.
Written proposal
The proposal sets out the commercial structure, term, payment basis and the responsibilities of each party.
Development and management
ClearSky funds and manages planting, maintenance, monitoring and the registry process under the signed agreement.
